You can take advantage of the facilities at the Halton Health & Fitness Centre just outside Aylesbury or alternatively you may prefer to train outside or at your own home.
If Personal Training isn’t for you, for whatever reason – why not join my Group Gym Session at 8.30am at Halton on a Saturday morning? It’s a structured gym session that you and a small group all follow but you will each put your own spin on it and work to your own capability under my supervision.
