The role of the personal trainer has evolved significantly in recent years to accommodate the client’s needs and demands. Whilst previously the personal trainer was regarded as a tool for weight loss and general conditioning we are generally now approached with regard to more functional and client specific issues. Whilst I still have clients who like to be “beasted” (their term not mine!) I equally enjoy working with those who struggle with movement patterns or require some form of correctional exercise. The body is incredibly good at cheating – and the more athletic we are the better it gets!

I am a qualified Level 3 Advanced Personal Trainer and Level 4 Low Back Pain Exercise Specialist.  I am also an England Athletics Running Coach and a qualified Biomechanics Coach. In addition I am a qualified Boxercise Instructor.

I can travel to you but prefer to train you at the Gym at Halton Tennis Centre. Membership is not necessary. It is a lovely small, friendly gym and converts most people!
