From a personal training perspective the answer should always be based upon you, your needs, your requirements, your likes and dislikes. Your goal. This may be weight loss, general fitness, mobility or flexibility, getting into that special dress, or just looking for enjoyment and motivation during exercise.
Don’t worry just because I am a Running Coach I won’t expect you to want to run!

My hours of work mornings 7am until 1pm and Monday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings. I am afraid I do not work at the weekend any more.
